A unique workshop opportunity, we’ll begin the day with a conversation and demonstration focused on a fast, effective sketching method to assess whether a scene is worth pursuing. In just seconds, you’ll be able to tell if the composition holds potential, helping you avoid wasted time and increase your chances of success.
From there, I’ll demonstrate how that quick sketch can be developed into a more deliberate design and serve as the foundation for a finished painting.
The rest of the day will be dedicated to painting, with ongoing one-on-one guidance. We’ll wrap up with a show & tell and a brief, constructive critique of each work.
